These guidelines apply to in stock items only. The dates are recommended but not a guarantee of delivery since they assume normal conditions when our carriers attempt delivery.
Please note that your order could be delayed by external factors, such as bad weather which affect the carriers ability to deliver to you, meaning your order would not arrive until after Christmas. Try to order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
UK postal strikes
Please be advised, if your order is being delivered within the UK you may experience some delays. This is due to Royal Mail strike action that is scheduled to take place in the UK in the coming months.
We apologise for the inconvenience and disruption this may cause to your delivery.
Once normal service resumes, we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Import fees for customers with a non-UK delivery address
All orders ship from the UK. Please make sure you are prepared to pay any potential import fees to receive your parcel.
If you have have placed an order and do not wish to pay the fee to receive your order, please refuse the parcel and it will get returned to us free of charge.
Once the item is returned to us, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. If you have any questions please contact us to discuss and we will be on hand to assist you.
